CCT, Adjustable Color – What is it?

LEDs with adjustable color 3000K, 4000K and 6000K are LED formats that offer the possibility to adjust the color temperature according to your lighting needs. The color temperature is measured in Kelvin (K) and is used to describe the hue of light emitted by a lighting source. The higher the color temperature, the whiter or bluer the light will be, and the lower it is, the warmer/yellower the light will be.

  • The color temperature of 3000K is considered warm and it emits a yellow/orange light. It is a color temperature generally used for living spaces, such as living rooms, bedrooms and restaurants.
